Booking conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup → full refund.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show → no refund (100% of booking amount).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the same payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Waiting Times

  • Airport pickups (with flight number): free waiting time 40 minutes from scheduled landing.
  • Other locations: 15 minutes free waiting time.
  • After free waiting time, the driver may leave and the booking will be considered a no-show.
  • Extra waiting may be available if agreed directly with the driver and may be subject to additional charges.

3. Meeting Point at Airports

  • The driver will wait at the arrivals hall after baggage claim, holding a sign with the passenger’s name.
  • Customer must provide a correct flight number during booking.
  • If flight details are missing or incorrect, the Company cannot guarantee correct pickup.

4. Luggage

  • Each vehicle has a defined luggage capacity shown during booking.
  • Standard allowance: one medium-sized suitcase (up to 20 kg) and one small hand luggage per passenger.
  • Excess or oversized luggage (e.g. skis, strollers, instruments) must be declared at booking.
  • Undeclared excess luggage may result in refusal of service or extra charges.

5. Child Seats 

  • If needed, child seats and boosters must be pre-booked via the booking form.
  • If no child seat was booked in advance, the driver may refuse the trip without refund.
  • Norwegian law requires appropriate safety seats for children depending on age/height.

6. Vehicle & Capacity

  • Vehicles images shown on the website are for reference only.
  • The Company guarantees the booked vehicle class and capacity (passengers + luggage).

7. Driver No-Show

  • If the driver fails to arrive, the Customer must immediately contact the Company via the provided support number.
  • If the Company confirms the driver is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

8. Conduct During Transfers

  • No smoking or alcohol consumption inside vehicles.
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
  • Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver.
  • Damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by passengers may be charged.

9. Force Majeure

  • Delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, or other extraordinary events outside Company’s control are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.

10. General

  • By completing a booking, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these Booking Conditions and the Company’s Terms & Conditions.
  • Booking Conditions may be updated at any time and the version active at the time of booking will apply.
